In 1913, Haji Karimuddin opened the Karim Hotel in Gali Kababian, Jama Masjid, Delhi, with a vision to share royal cuisine with the common man. The name “Karim,” one of Allah’s 99 names, reflects the establishment’s growth and legacy.
