Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 20 mins from time of delivery. If 20 mins have passed since your order delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
In case the food arrives spoilt and is reported within 20 mins, we will replace the order immediately.
Refunds
Every complaint will be analyzed by our team before action is take. In case we find that the complaint is genuine, the affected customer will be provided the needed support by our quick response team. If the complaint is found not genuine, it will be communicated as well.
Late or missing orders
Customers are requested to call the registered number in case the order is more than 45 mins late.
Exchanges
No order will be exchanged as the sold items do not come under this clause.
